BUCKHANNON – The West Virginia Strawberry Festival selected the 2023 Junior Royalty Queen and court members during the annual Junior Royalty Pageant on Saturday, March 11, at Buckhannon-Upshur High School.

The 81st West Virginia Strawberry Festival — Strawberry Freedom — will be held May 13-21, 2023 in Buckhannon. Stay tuned for a full schedule of events!

The West Virginia Strawberry Festival Board would like to thank the following businesses for their Queen package donations: Caroline and Co. Boutique, Tateep Unique Boutique, The Outpost Boutique and Event Center and Anita’s Flowers and Boutique. The balloon arch was made by Sabrina Carson-Warren of Unique Seat Boutique.
