Stonewall Resort will host their annual Independence Day fireworks display over the lake at dark on Friday, July 4th. The event is open to the public with a park entry fee of $10 per vehicle. Additionally, both day- and overnight guests have access to a wide variety of resort activities and amenities throughout the holiday weekend.

“We’re excited to again offer our brilliant fireworks display this Independence Day holiday as well as opportunities for guests to enjoy special dining options, live music, lake activities, our woodland trails, or our championship Palmer Golf Course,” said Andre D’Amour, general manager.

D’Amour said live music performances by John Henry & Alex O’Neal and Byron Six-Six will be offered on the evenings of July 4 and July 5, respectively.

The resort will offer a variety of lawn games and other activities from Thursday, July 3 through Sunday, July 6. All day-guests and overnight visitors may also purchase an Outfitters Pass, which grants access to recreation equipment rentals, including kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddle boards. Bike rentals are also available at the property’s Recreation Center.

Throughout the weekend, guests have access to much of the property, including the golf course, marina and lake, spa, and more than 23 miles of hiking and biking trails. Stillwaters Restaurant, Lightburn’s and TJ Muskies Bar & Grill will be open. Reservations can be made by calling (304) 269-8880.
