Stephanie Marie Cunningham

Stephanie Marie Cunningham, 45, of Belington, passed unexpectedly on Saturday, July 31, 2021.

She was born in Buckhannon on October 5, 1975, a daughter of Cheryl Ann Canter Winans.

On September 12, 1997, Stephanie married the love of her life, Joshua Lee Cunningham. Together they shared the joys of life and raising their two daughters for 27 years.

Forever cherishing their memories of Stephanie are her mother, Cheryl Winans and husband, Roger, of Volga; husband, Joshua Cunningham of Belington; two daughters: Haley Cunningham and companion, Kyle Barrera, of Belington, and Sierra Cunningham and husband, Cody Cussins, of Davis; two brothers: Mitchell Replogle and wife, Mindy, and Robert Winans and wife, Chantelle, both of Volga; two nieces: Jessica and Emily Feronti; two nephews: Dylan Replogle and Rhett Winans; father-in-law, Danny Cunningham of Buckhannon; and several aunts and uncles.

Stephanie was greeted at Heaven’s Gate by one grandmother, Mildred Jean Carlyle; one grandfather, Jack Canter; and two mothers-in-law: Jane Cunningham and Eva Jean Clutter.

Stephanie graduated from Buckhannon-Upshur High School in 1993 and was Christian by faith. She enjoyed painting, crafting, camping, and riding jeeps or side-by-sides. Stephanie spent her days as a homemaker caring for her family and loved every moment. She was able to spend the maximum amount of time with her children and have an involved role in their lives which meant everything to her. Stephanie was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend and will be missed by all who knew her.

Family and friends will gather for Visitation at Clutter Funeral & Cremation located at 21 Elnora Circle in Buckhannon from 4-6 p.m. on Wednesday, August 4, 2021. Funeral Services will begin at 6 p.m. in the Clutter Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jerry Murrell officiating. Following services, Stephanie’s request for Cremation will be honored.
