The Mountain CAP Family Support Center, in collaboration with the WVU Extension Service, will be offering a free Family Nutrition & Cooking Class beginning on November 5 at 5 p.m. at 30 East Main Street in Buckhannon.
The class consists of six individual, 1.5-hour lessons that include healthy meal planning, sampling new foods and recipes and tips for saving money. There will be weekly giveaways and a graduation certificate.
