BUCKHANNON, W.Va. — In honor of Hospital Week and as a thank you to the staff of St. Joseph’s Hospital, the Rotary Club of Buckhannon-Upshur will hold a “Drive-By Salute” on Tuesday, May 12.

They will drive by or gather in the parking lot of the hospital at 11:15 a.m. Anyone who would like to join them in thanking our healthcare workers is invited to participate by driving up to the hospital, holding thank you signs, and applauding staff, keeping social distancing guidelines in mind.

The club will also be providing complimentary meals to all hospital employees that day.

“We want to be sure to thank St. Joseph’s Hospital staff for their hard work,” said Dan Martin, Club President. “Their commitment to our community is certainly to be applauded.”
