Riley A. Hartley

Riley A. Hartley, age 79, of Buckhannon, WV, died Saturday, November 5, 2022, at Stonerise Nursing Home in Clarksburg, WV.

He was born December 26, 1942, in Milwaukee, WI, a son of the late Eleanor Hartley-Jaeger. He is survived by one daughter, Judy Hite and husband Richard of Clarksburg; one son, Dave Hartley and wife Grace of Panama City, FL; ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and his caregivers, Elizabeth and Susie.

Mr. Hartley served in the U.S. Navy for 27 years, earning the rank of Senior Chief. He loved to hunt, fish and go camping. Mr. Hartley was a Green Bay Packers fan.

In honoring Mr. Hartley’s wishes he will be cremated.
