- Curbside Recycling Pickup begins at 6 a.m. Pickup occurs within Buckhannon city limits. You can find information about recycling on the city website, at City Hall or by calling the Recycling Center or Upshur County Solid Waste Authority at 304-472-4443.

Reminders
- Trash Can Placement: Trash cans must be hidden from public view as much as possible during the week; place them at the curb the night before the collection and return them within 24 hours after the collection.
- Utility Bill Payments: Pay utility bills online at Municipal Online Payments or by phone at 1-866-933-4026. Setting up an account allows you to monitor your consumption.
- Report Repairs or Concerns: To report issues such as potholes or damaged signs, please call City Hall during business hours to submit a work order or use the Citizen Engagement tool.
