NOTICE OF ESTATES

Notice is hereby given of the following named estates, the Upshur County Commission has granted Letters Testamentary or of Administration to the person(s) named. Any interested person objecting to such notice, shall file such objection with Carol J. Smith, Upshur County Clerk, the address of which is Room 101, 40 West Main Street, Buckhannon, West Virginia 26201, within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication or within thirty (30) days of service of the Notice of Personal Representative, whichever is later. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representative’s Attorney are set forth below.

All interested persons are notified that:
Any interested person seeking to impeach or establish a Will must make a complaint in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 41, Article 5, Sections 11, 12, or 13 of the West Virginia Code, as amended.
Any interested person objecting to the qualifications of the personal representative, venue, or jurisdiction of this Court are required to file their objections with this Court within sixty (60) days after the date of first publication or thirty (30) days of service of the notice, whichever is later.
Any interested person filing a claim against the estate must file within sixty (60) days of the date of first publication in accordance with Chapter 44, Article 2, Section 1 or Chapter 43, Article 3-A, Section 1 of the West Virginia Code.
