Mountain CAP to offer weekly nutrition, cooking class starting March 7

BUCKHANNON — The Mountain CAP Family Support Center in Buckhannon will present the WVU Extension Service Family Nutrition Program/Cooking Class beginning on March 7, 2023, at 11 a.m.

This free six-week class meets once per week and includes tips for cooking healthy meals, recipe sampling and weekly giveaways. Please RSVP to Becky Kniley at 304-473-4208.

The Mountain CAP Family Support Center is located at 30 E. Main St. near Chase Bank and C.J. Maggie’s Restaurant in Buckhannon.
