West Virginia Wesleyan Men’s Soccer fell on the road to Urbana on Sunday afternoon 3-1.

Urbana would take a 2-0 lead into the half with goals by Jasminko Dizdarevic and Leon Nelson in the 22nd and 44th minute respectively.

Urbana would add onto the lead with a header goal by Matt Wheeler. Matt Bentley would cut the lead to two with goal in the 69th minute. Urbana would go onto win their fifth game of the season. Wesleyan would have 15 shots in the game with 9 of them being on goal, but it was not enough for the offensive attack of Urbana.

Men’s will be back in action on Wednesday when they travel to play Shepherd University.
