Mary Ann Bucklew

Mary Ann Bucklew, 86, of South Florida Street, Buckhannon, died Saturday, March 19, 2022, at the J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. 

She was born on August 26, 1935, in Burnsville, WV, a daughter of the late Harry V. and Allegra McNemar Wiant.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband George M. Bucklew and two brothers:  Harry V. Wiant, Jr. and Sam W. Wiant. 

She is survived by two sons:  Roger Bruce Bucklew and wife Carol and Timothy A. Bucklew; two daughters:  Suzanne Boehmer and Amy Conway and husband Bill; seven grandchildren:  Jessica Boehmer, Kelly Boehmer and husband Chuck, Laura Boehmer, Ashley Williams and husband Andrew, Ryan Bucklew, Lindsay and husband Greg Kihlstrom, and Kyle Bucklew; four great grandchildren:  Crew, Aven, Reeve, and Adah Williams; and one sister Pat Ridpath.

Mary Ann was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and loved to sing.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2022, at 10:00 AM, at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Buckhannon, with Pastors Rick Cutright and Daniel Venegas officiating, with a luncheon provided following the service.
