Local realtors receive honors after selling more than $10 million in real estate last year

BRIDGEPORT – Country roads took many people home last year with the help of local realtors Cassie Moats and Alex Moran of eXp Realty, who sold more than $10 million in real estate in 2022.

eXp Realty is an international real estate brokerage with a “cloud-based platform” rather than brick-and-mortar locations, as explained on their website. The growing brokerage currently has 139 agents across West Virginia — and two are just a jump, skip and a hop away in Jane Lew.

“At the beginning of 2022, [Alex and I] decided that the business model of eXp was hard to beat, so we decided to bring our businesses together to become one — ‘the Dynamic Duo,'” Cassie Moats told My Buckhannon recently. “Since teaming up, in the last year alone, we sold over $10 million in real estate.”

The annual eXp Realty awards banquet ceremony was held Saturday, February 25, at the Best Western Plus in Bridgeport. There, the top 10 agents in sales volume in West Virginia were recognized for their outstanding performance throughout the last year. The ‘Dynamic Duo’ were recognized as the 8th and 10th top agents for sales volume in West Virginia.

The key to their success? Always putting their clients first.

“We may sell real estate, but we are a ‘people first’ business all the way,” said Alex Moran. “We care immensely about our clients and about each other. Teaming up with Cassie was the easiest choice I could have made. We have similar goals, ambitions and mindsets, which have proven to only enhance the positive qualities about each of us.”

Clients of the ‘Dynamic Duo’ can expect to receive ‘Down Home Feel, First Class Service’ when purchasing a home with Moats and Moran, as described in their slogan.

Follow along with Cassie & Alex’s sales journey and check out current property listings across West Virginia on their Facebook page or website.
