Local physician’s office spreads holiday cheer with free gift-giving event

Dr. Ali Khan’s family medicine practice recently announced a special holiday gift-giving event for local children, scheduled for Friday, December 20, 2024, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Main Street Antiques in downtown Buckhannon.

Dr. Khan’s office will provide free hand-wrapped gifts to children in the community, with no strings attached. The practice, known for its family-oriented approach to healthcare, has organized the event as part of their ongoing commitment to community engagement.

“Bring your children down to Main Street Antiques and receive a free hand-wrapped gift, courtesy of Dr. Khan’s Office,” reads a social media post about the event. “This is part of our Pay-It-Forward Campaign with the goal of brightening the holidays for local children. There’s no catch — just the gift of giving!”

Each child will receive one complimentary gift while supplies last. The event, which is free of charge and requires no purchase, will be held at Main Street Antiques, located at 15 E. Main Street in Buckhannon.

Families planning to attend should note that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes, though participants can opt-out by informing staff members.
