Linda Gale Ball

Linda Gale Ball, 68, of Buckhannon, W.Va., died Thursday, December 19, 2019, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon, W.Va.

She was born May 10, 1951, in Horner, W.Va., a daughter of the late Lawerence Minter and Bertha Irene Collins Cobb.

On August 19, 1972 she married Maynard Ball, who preceded her in death on July 13, 1996.

She is survived by one daughter, Tammy Ball of Braxton County, W.Va.; three brothers, Warren and Denver Cobb both of Buckhannon and Roy Cobb of Selbyville, W.Va.; two nieces, Charlotte Rowan and Rose Morgan and husband Kenny all of Buckhannon and a sister-in-law, Sue Marsh Bolton of Buckhannon.

Mrs. Ball was a homemaker and a Christian by Faith. She enjoyed sewing, watching classic movies, going to the Parish House and talking to her friends.

In honoring Mrs. Ball wishes she will be cremated.
