TENNERTON — The Upshur County Family Resource Network and and Upshur County Public Library are jointly organizing and sponsoring a Medicaid event on Feb. 27.

This event is for people to have the opportunity to sit and talk with actual representatives from West Virginia’s three Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCO) about their own plan, plans of family members, and even children placed in their care. The MCOs can also discuss CHIP as well.

This is not a time to sign up for any plans; it is a time that people can bring their questions as well as talk with the representatives about the value added services in their plans, etc. The event will take place from 1-6 p.m. to try to accommodate as many people as possible.

There will be door prizes as well as light refreshments.

Have questions? Call the Upshur County Library at 304-473-4219.
