Larry David Brown, age 75, of Buckhannon, WV, died Friday, June 19, 2026, at his home.
He was born January 27, 1951, in Sutton, WV, a son of the late Charles Everett and Vangeline Jameson Brown.
On June 17, 1972, he married Linda Michaels, who survives.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children, William David Brown and Christina Mae Brown, both of Buckhannon; one granddaughter, Sophia Mae Brown of Buckhannon; three siblings, Eulah McCord and husband Michael of Ohio, Robert Brown and wife Lorraine of Sutton, and Caren Hudnall of Tennessee; several nieces and nephews; and his friend Earl Holly.
Mr. Brown worked in construction in the coal mines and attended the Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church in Buckhannon. He enjoyed bluegrass music, riding his Harley, and being a member of the United Mine Workers.
In honoring Mr. Brown’s wishes, he will be cremated.
