Karen H. Oliver

Karen H. Oliver, 61, of Youngwood, passed away on Saturday July 3, 2021.

She was born on January 16, 1960 in Sewickley, the daughter of the late Conley and Charleen (Morris) Haymond.

Karen is survived by her beloved husband, Ricky Oliver; her son Paul Oliver of Youngwood; her brother, Les Haymond, of Baden; her niece, Sarah and nephew, Tyler. Karen is also survived by her brother-in-law, Christopher Lee Oliver.

Karen was Methodist by Faith. She taught at the Webster Co. School District and the Randolph Macon Academy. She worked as the Student Act Coordinator for the Westmoreland County Community College. Karen was also a member of the Youngwood Lions Club and the Hempfield Hockey Association Board.  

Friends will be received on Thursday, July 8, from 6-8 p.m. at the Heavner and Cutright Funeral Chapel.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 9, at 11 a.m. at the Heavner and Cutright Funeral Chapel.  Interment will follow in the Rice Cemetery at Eden.
