BUCKHANNON, W.Va. –  Jason Minsker, President of Buckhannon Toyota, recently presented a generous donation to St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation.  Accepting the donation for the Foundation were Skip Gjolberg, President, St. Joseph’s Hospital and Don Nestor, Vice President of the St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation Board of Directors.

The donation is directed toward the 2021 Campaign which is focused on Women’s Health.  The Campaign will initially raise funds for the Center for Women’s Health to obtain a portable Ultrasound Unit.  This unit will enable physicians to immediately meet patients’ needs while being seen in the clinic.  It can be used for checks of fetal heart tones, biopsy assessments and other monitoring, providing convenience for both the patient and the physicians.

“We express sincere gratitude to Jason and Buckhannon Toyota for their generous donation,” said Skip Gjolberg, President of St. Joseph’s Hospital.  “Their support helps us to provide needed equipment and services to further our mission of providing the best in healthcare to our community.”

St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation is a non-profit organization with 501c3 status.  For more information, please call Lisa Wharton at 304-473-6819 or email at Lisa.Wharton1@wvumedicine.org.
