Harry Lee Heater, age 71, of Buckhannon, W.Va., died Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at his home. He was born May 14, 1949 in Glenville, W.Va., a son of the late Walter Lewis and Dorothy Elizabeth Donlin Heater.
On March 25, 1970, he married Erma Taylor who survives of Buckhannon. Also surviving are two daughters, Cynthia Hurst and husband Randolph of Buckhannon and April Dawn Lloyd and husband Robert of Sutton, W.Va. one son, Douglas Lee Heater and fiancée Jennifer Lipscomb of Salem, W.Va. two granddaughters, Emily Hurst of Buckhannon and Addison Lloyd of Sutton; five grandsons, Ryan, Mark and Lamar Hurst all of Buckhannon, Samuel Heater of Morgantown, W.Va. and Holden Lloyd of Sutton; two step granddaughters, Jaycee and Josalyn Lipscomb both of Salem; three brothers and one sister.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers. Mr. Heater was a Senior Operations Manager. He loved farming, gardening and spending time with his family. In honoring Mr. Heater’s wishes he will be cremated.
