Gov. Justice orders U.S. and State flags to be flown at half-staff IMMEDIATELY and through tomorrow, Oct. 18, in honor of U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings

CHARLESTON, WV – As a mark of respect for the memory and longstanding public service of Representative Elijah E. Cummings of Maryland, and in accordance with President Donald J. Trump’s proclamation, Gov. Jim Justice has issued a proclamation, ordering that all United States and West Virginia State flags on all State-owned facilities be displayed at half-staff, beginning IMMEDIATELY and continuing until dusk tomorrow, Friday, Oct. 18, 2019.
