Fred Brooks Garden Club selects July Yards of the Month, including a ‘Red, White and Blue’ honoree

BUCKHANNON — The Fred Brooks Garden Club has picked seven locations in five districts as July Yards of the Month, including a winner of the ‘Red, White and Blue’ Yard of the Month award.

The District 1 winner is James and Shirley Lockhart, 22 Meade Street.

The District 2 winner is Shirley Simmons, 24 West Lincoln Street, pictured below.

Below is the District 3 winner is Ms. Neva Harsh, 135 Randolph Street.
