Former Upshur County Senior Center director charged with embezzling more than $79,000

WVU Medicine St. Joseph’s Hospital and the Rotary Club of Buckhannon Upshur are offering affordable spring community blood screenings in Rock Cave (March 28) and Buckhannon (April 11, 18, 25 and May 2).
