Elkins Raceway Fall Festival coming this weekend

KERENS – One evening of action-packed racing remains on the calendar for the 71st Anniversary Season at Elkins Raceway.

Drivers of all classes put the pedal to the metal last Saturday night, in preparation for this weekend’s Fall Festival.

August 19 feature race winners are as follows:

  • Budweiser Dirt Super Late Models – Shane Hitt
  • TKS Contracting/High Point Construction FASTRAK Crate Late Models – Chad Green
  • Holbrook on the Hill UMP Modifieds – Mitch Thomas
  • Louie’s Bargain Warehouse Street Stocks – Ralph Nine
  • Cordial Logistics Edge Hot Mods – Josh Mullenax

Join Elkins Raceway this Saturday, August 26 for the 2023 Fall Festival races. The Budweiser Dirt Super Late Models will go topless for a chance to win an impressive $3,000.

FASTRAK Crate Late Models will compete for a $1,500 payout. Similarly, UMP Modifieds feature winner will receive a $1,500 payday. The Hot Mods will compete for a $600 payout. Lastly, the Street Stock feature winner payout will be based on the car count. Drivers of the Mini Wedge division will compete for double points.

To celebrate the conclusion to the 71st season of dirt track racing at Elkins Raceway, fans are encouraged to come out to witness a huge fireworks display during intermission!

Weather permitting, pit gates will open Saturday night at 4 p.m. with $35 admission. General admission to the grandstands begins at 5 p.m. with $15 admission. Children aged 11 and under are free in general admission. Hot laps will begin at 7:30 p.m.
