Davis & Elkins presents Highlands Scholarships to Philip Barbour seniors

ELKINS – Davis & Elkins College recently presented four Philip Barbour High School seniors with Highlands Scholarships totaling $280,000 over four years – Jaycee Everson, Taylor Pingley, Graci Schoonover and Emma Phillips.

Davis & Elkins College invests $5.4 million annually in West Virginia students through the Highlands Scholars program. West Virginia public, private and home-schooled graduates who have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA could qualify to receive between $60,000 and $80,000 in scholarships over a four-year period.
