TENNERTON – Custom Cabinets stepped up with a big week to grab first place during the second week of the second quarter in the Buckhanon Country Club Bob Cupp Memorial Golf League standings.

Custom Cabinets downed Lynx WV by a 25 ½-14 ½ score to leapfrog last weeks leader Sam’s Pizza with 51 points.

Sam’s Pizza dropped to second place despite a 22-18 victory over Highland Landscaping with 48 ½ points.

First Community Bank had a big week and laned in third place with 47 ½ points after a 25-15 victory over Sunset Graphics, who dropped to fourth place with 39 ½ points.

The other two matches of the week were Lisa Cain Edward Jones downing Feola’s Flowers by a 25-15 score and Hank Ellis Insurance beating High Point Construction by a 21 ½-18 ½ score.

Steven Hollen of Custom Cabinets brought home Low Actual honors with a 35 while Greg Jones of First Community Bank won Low Net honors with a 29.
