Utility bills can be paid online at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/buckhannonwv or by phone at 1-866-933-4026. Setting up an online account allows residents to monitor their usage. To register, residents need their Utility Board account number and the last payment amount. After registration, users log in with their email and password.

Reporting a Necessary Repair or Registering a Concern with the City
To report needed repairs like potholes or issues in city parks, call City Hall during regular hours to submit a work order request.
