City of Buckhannon to conduct annual spring cemetery clean-up March 23-27

The City of Buckhannon will conduct its 2026 Annual Spring Cemetery Clean-Up from Monday, March 23, through Friday, March 27, 2026. This clean-up will include the following cemeteries:

  • Buckhannon Memorial Park
  • Old Heavner Cemetery
  • Second Addition Cemetery
  • Veterans Cemetery
  • Old Baptist Cemetery

Please ensure that all personal items, decorations and other materials are removed before March 23. Any items remaining at the sites when the clean-up begins will be disposed of as part of the maintenance process.
