BUCKHANNON — Mayor Robbie Skinner recently proclaimed October 24, 2023, to be ALPHA DELTA KAPPA DAY throughout the City of Buckhannon.
City Recorder Randy Sanders delivered the message that Mayor Skinner had recognized ALPHA DELTA KAPPA, the international organization for women educators today.
