More than 1,900 have voted early in Upshur County; last day is Saturday

Upshur County Clerk Carol Smith said 1,944 people had voted early through Oct. 30. The last day to vote early is Saturday, Oct. 31, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Upshur County Courthouse. Election Day is Nov. 3.
