Basketball Bucs eighth this week in WVSACA Poll

TENNERTON – Buckhannon-Upshur remained locked into eighth place in the most recent WVSACA boys’ basketball poll this week.

The week 10 poll shows the Bucs staying eighth in Class AAAA with 52 points after a busy 3-1 week on the court. They defeated Elkins, Grafton and Parkersburg while their only setback was to Class AA No. 3 Bluefield in a neutral site game,

George Washington overtook Morgantown for the top spot in Class AAAA as the Mohigans slipped to second.

Capital is tops in Class AAA, Wheeling Central is first in AA and Tug Valley is in the top spot in A.
