B-U baseball program to hold golf scramble Sept. 7

BUCKHANNON – The Buckhannon-Upshur Buccaneer baseball program will hold a golf scramble fundraiser on Sept. 7 at the Barbour County Country Club.

Sign-in will begin at 9 a.m. with a shot gun start at 10 a.m.

The cost is $400 per four-person team and that includes a hole sponsor sign.

Individual sponsor signs can be purchased for $100.

There will be prizes for the top three teams as well as for the longest drive, closest to the pin and the longest putt.

Food and drink will be offered.

There is a 14-team maximum so potential teams are encouraged to pre-register.
