Local photographer Robbie Skinner’s work has been accepted into Tamarack: The Best of West Virginia. Skinner shows one piece that will be on display – his favorite – which is an image of Buckhannon taken the night of the Strawberry Festival Elimination Dinner. He said the shot was taken as he was coming back into town after the dinner when he saw the beautiful moon above the town.
