Auditions set for BCT’s War of the Worlds

Based on Orsen Well’s adaptation of H.G. Well’s novel,  “War of the Worlds” is a chilling depiction of an alien invasion and what could become of earth in the wake of a surprise attack.

Auditions will take place at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church, August 28th and 29th, 6:00-8:00pm. Show dates are October 25th – 28th.

All ages are encouraged to audition! We need instrumental and vocal musicians for commercials, actors for the radio play, and production crew onstage as sound effects technitions.

Please come prepared to read from the script and with one or both of the following:

A brief monologe appropriate for the 1930s-1940s (does not need to be memorized).

A musical selection from the same era.

Groups are encouraged to audition as well as individuals! For questions and additional information, please contact director Laura Meese at wantingmemories@gmail.com.
