Arthur Fred Blevins, age 79, of Fairfax, VA, died Thursday, July 2, 2026, at his home. He was born in Marion, VA, on October 24, 1946, a son of the late Arthur Quinten and Charlotte Louise Ferguson Blevins.
On July 4, 1971, he was united in marriage to Nancy Sue Bunner Blevins, who survives. Also surviving are one daughter, Anna M. Bunner Blevins of Fairfax, and one grandchild, Dallas Lynn Kolff of Fairfax.
Mr. Blevins was a veteran of the US Army and enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing cards, his cars and trucks, and spending time with his family.
The family will receive friends at the Heavner & Cutright Funeral Chapel on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 12-1:00 PM, at which time the funeral will begin with Pastor David Jessie officiating. Interment will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery at Czar, WV.
