ELKINS, W.Va. – Agency LMC, a full-service advertising, marketing and public relations agency based in Elkins, has announced the continued growth of its team with the hiring of senior graphic designer Ashley Butler. Butler joins the firm as the team’s in-house graphic designer, a strategic move that adds significant depth to the firm’s creative capabilities.

Agency LMC Founder and Vision and Strategy Director Lori Chenoweth called this a meaningful next step in the continued expansion to support their clients.

“At LMC, we are intentionally building a robust team of creative professionals with diverse talents and skill sets, and Ashley’s diverse experience and penchant for problem-solving make her an excellent addition to our team,” Chenoweth said.

Beyond her extensive professional background, Butler also brings her unique perspective to the existing team.

“Strong creative teams aren’t built on sameness, they’re built on complementary thinking,” Agency LMC Creative Director David Moscati said. “This role helps us push ideas further, challenge assumptions, and elevate the overall level of craft across every project.”

Butler’s extensive professional background aligns directly with LMC’s mission to deliver high-quality creative services. Her background is saturated in graphic design, having worked for more than 12 years with businesses across a variety of industries, including engineering, architecture, environmental, nonprofit and legal.

“What I enjoy most is taking an abstract or unclear idea and turning it into something visual that really makes an impact,” Butler said. “Good design helps businesses tell their story and stand out, and it’s rewarding to see creative work make a difference for a client’s brand. I also love the collaborative side of agency work and getting to work with a fun team on a wide variety of projects.”

Butler is a native of West Virginia and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in graphic design and a minor in marketing from West Virginia Wesleyan College. She specializes in creative thinking, brand strategy and hands-on design with a focus on ensuring brands stay consistent across platforms.
