Current Barbour Community Health Association patients can get walk-in flu shots through October in Philippi and Belington, the association said in a release.
In Philippi, Barbour Quick Care at Myers Clinic, 116 McClellan Road, offers the shots from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays.
In Belington, patients can visit Belington Medical Clinic, 70 N. Sturmer St., for shots from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Students, faculty and staff can get flu shots through October at Brandon Wellness Center inside Philip Barbour High School, 99 Horseshoe Drive, Philippi. Shots are available there from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
For patients paying out of pocket, shots cost $49.85 for those 64 and younger. The Fluzone High-Dose shot costs $99.85 for patients 65 and older.
Patients are asked to bring their insurance card and ID. The association says most insurance plans, including Medicaid, cover flu shots.
