Soccer Lady Bucs overpower Woodrow Wilson behind Tenney, Carlyle’s four-goal surge

Coby Smith scored four goals and added an assist as Buckhannon-Upshur earned its first win with a 10-0 rout of John Marshall. The dominant victory was a resounding response to Friday’s late 2-1 collapse against Martinsburg.

Mountain CAP of West Virginia, based in Upshur County, will receive $66,438 through a federal juvenile justice grant program. The award is among $659,570 in grants to 12 West Virginia projects announced by Governor Patrick Morrisey.
