West Virginia Strawberry Festival unveils Junior Royalty Pageant winners

The West Virginia Strawberry Festival officially completed its full royalty court following a successful Junior Royalty Pageant over the weekend.

Festival officials celebrated the young contestants and the spirit of community that the annual festival inspires.

“What an incredible, rewarding day of pageantry,” the festival said in a social media post that congratulated not only the winners but all 52 contestants who took the stage. “Every single one of them presented themselves beautifully, and are just another reminder of why we love this festival and community so much.”

They added a thank you to photographer Joey Baxa, noting, “And as always, thank you to the incredibly talented JBphoto for capturing every beautiful moment.”
