Cha-ching! B-U Band Boosters to host cash bingo fundraiser

BUCKHANNON — The Buckhannon-Upshur Band Boosters is excited to announce it will be hosting a cash bingo event at the Event Center at Brushy Fork this month.

The event will take place at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 26.

But don’t wait to purchase your tickets! Only 200 tickets will be sold, and they’re on sale now at the Law Office of Daya Wright, located at 12 North Kanawha Street in Buckhannon. Each ticket costs $20 and includes one six-faced packet with 10 $50 games and 10 $100 games.

Additional three-faced packets will be available for purchase at the door for $10. Players may also purchase a three-faced blackout game at the door for $10, and daubers will cost $2 at the door.

Hungry or thirsty? Organizers will offer concessions for purchase, as well as tip cards and rip-offs.

Please note that only adults are permitted to play.

All proceeds will benefit the Buckhannon-Upshur High School bands.
