Zane Gooden, age 84, of Queens, WV died Thursday, August 29, 2024, at his home.
He was born on January 7, 1940, at Queens, a son of the late John and Lorrain Lanham Gooden. On May 13, 1961, he was united in marriage to Milda Jean Kelley Gooden who survives.
Also surviving are one daughter Roberta Waugaman of Buckhannon; two sons: Roger Gooden of Big Bend and Bruce Gooden and girlfriend Tina Goodwin of Queens; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren (and one on the way); and one sister Phyllis Tenney of Queens.
Zane was a member of the NRA.
The body will be cremated and private inurnment will be made at the Lanham Cemetery at Queens.
