SMART Recovery support group sessions for people struggling with addictions start Nov. 29 in Buckhannon

BUCKHANNON — The Mountain CAP Family Support Center at 30 East Main Street in Buckhannon will begin offering SMART Recovery support groups.

These groups are for anyone dealing with any type of addictive behavior, and they will begin on Wednesday, November 29, at 5:30 p.m. Groups will meet weekly on Wednesdays thereafter.

SMART is a science-based approach that emphasizes self-empowerment and self-reliance. You choose how to personalize your own plan for successful change.
