Man faces more than 20 sexual abuse allegations as Upshur County Grand Jury returns 32 total indictments in January term

An Upshur County Grand Jury returned 32 indictments on Monday, according to a press release from the prosecuting attorney’s office.

John Matthew Emerich, 61, of Ellamore: Fleeing with Reckless Indifference to the Safety of Others, a felony, one count; Prohibited Person in Possession of a Concealed Firearm, a felony, one count; Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm, a misdemeanor, one count.

Jefferey Scott Davis, 39, of Oak Hill: Receiving or Transferring Stolen Vehicle, a felony, one count; Grand Larceny, a felony, one count.

Shana Ellen Frazier, 34, of Clarksburg: Driving while License Revoked for DUI, 3rd or Subsequent Offense, a felony, one count.

Timothy Andrew Freeman, 45, of Buckhannon: Fraudulent use of an Access Device, a felony, 12 counts.
