Dr. Robert Martino, CEO of Wilmar Management (parent company to Wilson Martino Dental, TLC Dental and the Smile Defenders) is proud to announce the recent promotion of three long-term team members:
Wendy Boyce has been promoted to Vice President of Customer Relations. Boyce has been with Wilmar Management for 18 years, where she has held the role of Director of Marketing. For the last ten years she has also led the company’s military and veteran thank you event, Freedom Day USA, where she serves as National Director. Wendy currently resides in Shinnston, WV with her husband Duane and their daughters, Megan and Hailey.
Shalayna Pulice has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. Pulice has been with Wilmar Management for the past 10 years, serving as the Corporate Trainer, where she has led the new team member success team consisting of the Global Support and Compliance departments. Shalayna currently resides in Salem, WV with her husband Adam and their children, Austin and Evelyn.
Tracie Hollen has been promoted to the role of Corporate Trainer from her previous positions in Compliance and Global Support. Hollen has been with Wilmar Management for over 17 years and also spent time with our Elkins office during her high school years and early career. Tracie resides in Buckhannon, WV with her husband Tom and their children, Brayden, Peyton, Hannah and Kaitlyn.

Not only are they committed to our patients and communities, but each are also dedicated to the success and fulfillment of our team members. Our company future is bright under their leadership.”
Dr. Martino is the CEO of the Wilmar Management organization, which includes the six Wilson Martino Dental offices located across North Central WV, TLC Dental in Morgantown, and the national chain of Smile Defenders Dental Offices. They also manage and house Dr. Martino’s national charitable organization, Freedom Day USA, along with Dentistry’s 2022 Best Of Class Award Winning Product, OraCare. Dr. Martino’s team is also aligned with multiple community outreach projects, partnerships, and various additional businesses.
