WVWC releases 2022 lacrosse schedule

BUCKHANNON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Wesleyan lacrosse team and head coach Hannah Lively recently released its 2022 schedule. The Lady Bobcats are scheduled to play seven games at Ross Field.
 
The Lady Bobcats begin the season in Wilmington, Del. on Feb. 19 for a game versus the Wildcats of Wilmington. The next week, Wesleyan will square off versus Mount Union for another road game in Alliance, Ohio.
 
WVWC is scheduled to host Edinboro on March 2 for their home opener. The Lady ‘Cats will play nonconference games on the road versus Ohio Wesleyan (March 5), Ashland (March 19) and Randolph (March 26). Anne Arundul Community College will visit Buckhannon on March 13 for an additional home nonconference matchup.
 
The Lady Bobcats will welcome Notre Dame (Ohio) to Ross Field on March 30 to start Mountain East Conference competition. Wesleyan’s first MEC road game is versus Davis & Elkins on April 2.
 
WVWC will conclude the regular season with a pair of home games. The Lady Bobcats will host Frostburg State on April 27 and Charleston on April 30 to conclude the regular season.
