Barbour County Relay for Life has wrapped up their relay season and are ready to get the fundraising started for 2019. Freedom Bank was their top team this year raising $18,018.18. Thank you teams and supporters for your dedication to the American Cancer Society. One day there will be a cure and we can say we were part of that. Upshur County residents should report flood-related stream debris blockages to the Tygarts Valley Conservation District at 304-457-3026. Assessments require property owner permission, and culverts or other man-made drainage structures are not eligible.
