The City of Buckhannon’s Water Department has identified a leak in the lines serving Boggess Street, according to a social media post from the city on Sunday afternoon.
Residents from Route 20 to approximately 35 Boggess Street were without water service. Boggess Street was closed from Route 20 to Gum Street for repairs.
Crews were on-site Sunday, working to resolve the issue. As of 5 p.m. Sunday, the city had not provided an estimated timeline for completion of repairs or restoration of water service.
