Valerie Celeste Browning

Valerie Celeste Browning, 64, of Buckhannon, W.Va., died Thursday, February 27, 2020, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va.

She was born September 26, 1955, in Clarksburg, W.Va. a daughter of Lloyd Curtis Saville of Buckhannon who survives and the late Virginia Dodrill Saville.

On November 23, 1984, she married Irvin Duane Browning who survives. In addition to her father and her husband she is survived by her son, Nathan Duane Browning of Buckhannon.

In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her sister, Cynthia “Cindi” Vance.

Mrs. Browning was an OB Nurse at St. Joseph’s Hospital. In honoring her wishes, Mrs. Browning will be cremated.

Friends will be received for a memorial gathering Friday, March 6, 2020, from 10-11 a.m. at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Helen Oates.
