Upshur County woman arrested for fentanyl delivery

BUCKHANNON – An Upshur County woman was arrested after allegedly possessing at least 20 fentanyl stamps. Stevie Simons, 37, of Buckhannon, was arrested for possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and delivery of fentanyl, both felonies.
