The Upshur County Family Resource Network compiled an updated list of local food banks, pantries, blessing boxes, mobile pantry dates and free meal sites.

The following list of food banks, free meals, and community pantries was compiled by the Upshur County Family Resource Network as of Wednesday, October 29, 2025. Please email ucfrn@yahoo.com with any questions or updates.
