Tony Vincent Herndon, 54, of Buckhannon, WV, died Sunday, March 13, 2022, at his home.
He was born on November 19, 1967, in Buckhannon, a son of Junior Clay and Linda Sue Jeffries Herndon. In addition to his parents, he is survived by sister, Tonya Pinegar and husband Jt of Buckhannon, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Tammy Lynn Herndon.
Tony was an accomplished artist, he loved all types of arts and crafts, he loved hunting and fishing, and he was one of the kindest souls who would go above and beyond to do anything he could to help someone in need. He was very proud of his Native American Heritage, as he was an enrolled tribal member of the Appalachian American Indians of West Virginia, since June 15, 2011.
In honoring Tony’s wishes, he will be cremated, and no services will be held at this time.
